Prospector is a neighborhood filled with Victorian-style architecture, a true connection to Park City’s rich history. Some of these homes have had interior remodels, and their grandeur rivals the new and more contemporary homes that have been built nearby. In addition to single-family homes, there are condos and apartments in the area as well. This location provides residents with easy access to all of the ski resorts in town, as well as the Old Town area, which is a highly sought-after area within Park City. The area is bordered by the Rail Trail, a very popular recreational trail, that runs through these neighborhoods. It also offers great restaurants, shopping malls, and the well-known Silver Mountain Sports Club. Prospector is a great place to live if you like being in the middle of every activity.
