Four New Developments in Heber City

The Heber City Council approved the North Village Annexation bringing five Wasatch County properties and four developments to the city.

The recently approved 60-acre annexation will include 80,000 square feet of commercial space, townhomes, and an assisted living facility up to three stories tall. These new developments are expected to add to Wasatch County's exponential growth over the next few years.

Nearly 350 homes will be built in the new development, and 17 will be designated affordable housing. The developers have changed their proposal to ensure that 5 percent of the dwellings will be affordable to those earning 60 percent or less of the Average Median Income (AMI).
