The Snyderville Basin provides abundant access to trails, parks, green space, Olympic-quality recreational facilities, excellent schools, and convenient access to a myriad of shopping and dining options at the Redstone and Newpark centers. Residents in the Snyderville Basin neighborhoods enjoy easy access to Park City Proper, Woodward, and the nearby ski resorts while only a short drive to Salt Lake City.

This area is a great choice for those who want a more traditional neighborhood feel than might be found in many of the Old Town and Deer Valley neighborhoods.

Trailside Park is situated between Old Ranch Road and Highway 40. The park is renowned for its incredible mountain biking and its very popular playground.
