Marcella's Amenities and Membership

Amenities include a recreation center with a swimming pool, fitness center, and game room. A private golf club will be constructed on the south side of Jordanelle and will feature an 18-hole golf course, a clubhouse with food and beverage options, tennis courts, and a swimming pool. 

Equity memberships are not available. Owners will have access to the private ski club in the resort village and must pay HOA and annual dues. Owners retain their membership privileges when they sell their property.
