What is it about cafés, anyway? Maybe it’s the fact that they’re a serene escape from our stressful everyday lives; maybe it’s just that they’re picturesque and make for great content for your Instagram feed.

In Park City, you will find plenty of lovely local shops and small-batch craft roasters that will satisfy even the most discerning coffee snobs. This is why the town has been recognized for its growing coffee culture over the past several years. So if you are looking for a hot mug of java to combat those chilly Park City winter mornings, take a chance and visit some of the recently established local cafés around town; we assure you won't be disappointed!

1. Cupla Coffee

Located at Kimball Junction in the Newpark Area, Cupla Coffee occupies the former Kneaders location. In addition to all the usual java options, they offer brunch all day and a full selection of craft beers and adult cider, perfect for après ski. The menu at Cupla mainly consists of low carb and low sugar diet where vegetables, protein, and healthy fats are key.

2. Park City Gardens

This café was recently opened to create a beautiful sanctuary for gatherings or to calmly enjoy your favorite cafe drink surrounded by beautiful flowers and plants of Park City Gardens. This garden cafe serves a full array of delicious small-batch, organic coffee, unique all-natural beverages, and wonderful, locally created nibbles.

3. Park City Brewery at Kimball

Located at Kimball Junction, Park City Brewing will soon open its new taproom between Park City Coffee Roasters and Thai So Good. They’ve also unveiled a new line of brews paying homage to all things Park City, with great names like Powder Buoy, Siren’s Call (honoring Park City’s 10 o’clock whistle), Sneaker Tree, Gold Town, and Silver Creekwater.

Even if you are not fond of drinking coffee or visiting local cafes, Park City is a location you should definitely check out to experience the spectacular mountain views, brisk mountain air, high-end shopping, fine dining, and five-star mountain resorts. It's guaranteed to be a visit to remember, and perhaps a new dream location to call home.
