The Mayflower Mountain Resort will be North America's newest alpine Village. It is being developed by Extell and will be located in northern Wasatch County, Utah. This is right next to the esteemed Deer Valley Resort.
The Village will include skiing and mountain biking facilities, with up to five new lifts providing access to the extensive terrain overlooking the stunning Jordanelle Reservoir. It will also consist of three new luxury and lifestyle-branded hotels, more than 1,000 private residences ranging from estate lots to luxury condominiums, and a walkable commercial zone comparable in length to Park City's Historic Main Street.
Construction of lift runs, snowmaking infrastructure, and lodging buildings is underway, with the first lifts expected to be operational by the 2023-24 ski season.
Mayflower Park City Properties Are Now Accepting Reservations for Marcella Real Estate!
The Marcella Ski and Golf Community is the first neighborhood available for purchase in Mayflower Mountain. This community comprises approximately 151 single-family estate parcels, allowing for ski-in-ski-out custom homes. The lots sit on the hillside adjoining Deer Valley Resort. The resort will offer the largest ski beach in North America and be one of the best ski destinations in the world.
The parcels of land offer views of the Jordanelle Reservoir, the Uinta Mountains, and the Deer Valley Resort. Skiing is accessible to residents throughout the community via private and public trails. Summer months at Jordanelle are spent hiking, biking, or enjoying water sports.
Marcella's land prices start at $2.35 million and range from .22 to 8.48 acres. Sixty percent of the first phase of Marcella's land has been reserved or sold. Rentals are allowed within the community, but the minimum rental period is 30 days.
Marcella's Amenities
Mayflower Mountain Resort will provide skiers with world-class services, including valet parking, dining, spa, and a member's lounge. Members will also have private access to boating on the Jordanelle State Park and Reservoir. A private shuttle service will transport you to amenities, including private ski and golf excursions and the Salt Lake City International Airport.
Marcella's HOA Dues
The HOA has not yet determined the dues for 2023, but current estimates put them at $2,000 per lot. This fee assumes snowmaking and maintenance on private trails. The HOA will determine the 2023 HOA fees at a future meeting.
